Blechman Manes and B. Nir Plastics, in Hod Hasharon, has designed and built injection molds for plastic products since 1962. It builds molds for precision technical products for the military, medical and electronics sectors, including rotating cores and two-stage ejection. Help is available with product design, with an eye on how the part will be made in the mold and the steps after injection. Services include plastic mold production, precision plastic injection, trial shots for molds, repair and maintenance of molds, and ultrasonic welding, and the company is the only one in Israel holding Certified Partner status with Herrmann Ultrasonics of Germany. It works in full synergy with its sister firm. This is a plastics tooling business, not a cleaning contractor.
